This menu appears on pressing the right mousebutton when in the QSO window. It offers function which relate to the current mouse position-.
At the QSO-window there are two different menus:
The context menu at the qso area offers the following items:
Connect <Alt+C>This menu item leeds directly to the connect-dialog which is discussed in Chapter ?.
Disconnect<Alt+D>Disconnects an established connection and closes the QSO window.
Preferences <Alt+S>There are the following folders:
send File <Alt+F>On the appearance of the file select-box you can choose the (text-) file to send. LinKT will convert the end-of-line characters (LF->CR) so this is only for pure text-files or 7plus.
send7plus <Alt+7>This is for automatically uploading files by 7plus. Just enter the desired target (TO-field), the subject and select the file to send. You can choose if LinKT should send all parts (all) or a particular part (start with). When entering the suject, you may use macros to show the number of 7plus-parts and the current partnumber. After clicking OK, the transfer will start.
send AutoBIN <Alt+B>This is similar to send file above, except the transfer will use the #BIN#-protocol.
Note: Do not use this for 7plus parts since it would disable 7plus' error-correction.
Send DIDADITAs send AutoBIN, but using the new DIDADIT protocol. DIDADIT is able to resume interrupted transfers, is very robust and can be monitored by other station in a consistent manner.
YAPP-Transfer <Alt-Y>Similar to the other file transfer protocols, besides this menuitem is for both transmitting and receiving files with YAPP.
Save Textfile <Alt+T>Use this to save all received text to your harddisk.
BoxCheck <Alt+C>Pops up the BoxCheck window which allows you to select and manipulating messages at a remote bbs. LinKT must have received and decoded a message list before (send a l or check command to your bbs).
The context menu at the editing window offers the items:
Send quotedThe current X selection will be sent to the remote station with a "> " in front of each line to identify it as a citation.
Insert quotedAs Send quoted without sending the lines immediately but inserting them into the editing window instead.
